SI-TPA now includes a simple login system with two roles: admin and customer.

The system uses a standardized Chart of Accounts designed for TPA operations:

Pure pass-through vendor invoice. Reduces corresponding reserve.
Reserve Impact: Reduces adjuster fees reserve by $1,000
Vendor invoice with administrative markup. NO reserve impact.
Reserve Impact: None - marked up charges don't affect reserves
Time-based billing for internal staff. No reserve involvement.
Reserve Impact: None
Fixed fee per claim, typically at FNOL.
Reserve Impact: None
Fee calculated as percentage of reserves used.
Reserve Impact: None - calculated on reserves but doesn't reduce them
Direct payment to claimant for settlement.
Reserve Impact: Reduces indemnity reserve by $18,000
Zero out all remaining reserves (off-ledger only).
Journal Entry: None - this is an off-ledger adjustment only
Reserve Impact: All remaining reserves set to $0
Reserves are off-ledger planning tools used to estimate financial exposure. They have no GL impact.

When creating a claim, you must allocate reserves directly to specific categories (account numbers 2020-2070, 2030). There is no "unallocated" option or 2010 account.
